Bayola is a certified producer of cold pressed rapeseed oil according to "geprüfte Qualität Bayern". We love to know to produce a healthy food. This spurs us on and makes us reflect and improve again and again. Our farmers give full throttle every year anew for a successful rapeseed harvest. At the same time, we suffer with our canola when we see that the weather is affecting it. We live agriculture and we love Bayola. Sustainable and regional is the supreme discipline for us. That is why we make a sustainable contribution to the environment. One example of this is the climate sponsorship right outside our oil mill door. 100% natural - 100% canola. We can trace the canola from every bottle of Bayola back to the field. On every bottle of Bayola, you can see which farmer our raw material comes from. So we know exactly where and how our rapeseed grows. From sowing, to harvesting, to pressing and bottling we have everything in view and are there.
