Regensburg is very well connected to the long-distance bus network. The long-distance bus stop is located near Regensburg's central train station, from where you can quickly reach the old town on foot.
Many long-distance bus companies make it possible to make a "climate protection contribution" when buying tickets, thus offsetting the CO2 emissions for your trip.
